About us

Since 2001, an independent institution that has been imparting a fun way of learning self defense for kids from the age of 3 years. our skilled instructors specialise in focusing on developing your child from the inside out with the potential of increasing their self esteem, confidence and self awareness.

We pride ourselves in believing that every child should be equipped to be able to discern, evaluate and engage according to their environment and display the necessary avoidance techniques. we strongly encourage and promote the family unit and believe that parent participation is vitally important.

Your child will be aided with his or her hand, eye and foot co ordination, muscle development as well as balance. all lessons are taught at grass root levels to include and stimulate social awareness.

We have been teaching lessons at many of the Durban based schools which gives much convenience of both parent and student or alternatively we provide lessons in the privacy of your own home.
